City Secretary

The City Secretary is appointed by the City Council and reports to the City Manager.  This position serves as the records management officer and administers all City elections.  This position is also responsible for performing all duties as required by the City Charter and state laws.  Five years of progressive experience working in the City Secretary's office is preferred.

Serves as a friendly City agent interfacing daily with the public while maintaining City parks and trails to the highest of standards. Routinely maintains the appearance and cleanliness of designated City parks, park facilities, grounds keeping, park pavilions, trails, bathrooms, security and overall City facility aesthetics.
